Report Fraud

Benefits Fraud is very harmful to the very programs that provide such value to eligible recipients and those who fund them. We can’t find a general figure for the U.S. yet, but the word billions for fraud and waste are thrown around regularly by just about everyone involved with substantial benefits programs.

This kind of misuse and tragic waste of funds is never something that we should bear the cost of. However, in a time that we can least afford it, as we are not only a broke budget country, we are heavily in debt. This means we are borrowing money from ourselves and our future to pay thieves.

We need to get this under control. You may be able to help. Here are a few contacts that can help guide you to report Benefit Fraud.

Make sure to see our State Government page to contact a specific State for information. Most states have fraud reporting programs.

Stop Medicare Fraud from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Health and Human Services (HHS)

Report Medicaid Fraud to the HHS

Social Security Fraud Reporting from the Social Security Administration (SSA)

Hotline for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs Office of the Inspector General

More to come.
